This culture house was established on June 18, 1922. There are 6 907 books in it. There are also ‘Palitra’ Arts School and Violin and Guitar Music School, as well as a painters’ club.

It was established in 1927. One of the notable aspects of this culture house is its library – there are 14 800 books that can be used.

It is popular with its Batics School. This activity is related to the traditional Indonesian art of painting on silk. The School was established in 2002 and had 9 independent exhibitions since then in the region and throughout the country.
