 Culture house „Brains” is established in Montana in 1883. Its first chairman is Gavril Dushkov, a teacher who came from Koprivstitsa and contributes a lot with his renaissance ideas for the culture development in the town.

Culture house  “Revival”  is established in 1934 in Zanozhene village from a group of local people. During the 1950s some groups of authentic folklore, amateur theatre and dance team were formed.

The culture house is established on May11, 1872 under the name “Future” from a group of active Berkovitsa people. In 2002 were celebrated 130 years of its creation.
