Jablanica District is on the South – East of Serbia. It consists of

It has population of 255.011 people. The seat of
this district is Leskovac, the biggest settlement of South Serbia
Region.
The most well known cultural and historical monuments of this region
are: Roman Necropol in Mala Kopasnica from II century AD, Josunja
Monastaries dedicated to St.Holly Mother of Vavedenje and St. Jovan
the Baptist, founded in 1499 as nun Ksenija’s memorial,
Church of St.Jovan Baptist from XVI century the real pearl among the
monuments.
Textile and cosmetic industry dominate in this area.
